About Us

Welcome to Kinver Methodist Church. We are a welcoming community with Jesus at the centre. We aim to worship Him together and draw others to love and follow Him.

Kinver is a large village in South Staffordshire, bordered by Shropshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands conurbation. Over 7,000 people live in the village which is famous for the Holy Austin Rock Houses and Kinver Edge, both of which are owned by The National Trust.

The Church itself is located at the Potters Cross end of Kinver Village, within easy walking distance of the High Street and Kinver Edge.

Charitable Giving: Methodist Homes for the Aged

During June we are supporting Methodist Homes for the Aged (MHA).

MHA is a charity providing care, accommodation and support services for more than 16,000 older people throughout Britain. It runs over one hundred care homes, both residential and nursing and provide services for people with dementia.

The mission of MHA is to improve the quality of life of older people, inspired by Christian concern.

You can support the work of  MHA  during June through the envelopes in Church, or at anytime by donating via the MHA website MHA

Donations are co-ordinated by Sue Weston who will be pleased to provide more information on the work of MHA.
